the Christmas tree in Room 102
My super-talented sister Maria, who is a professional teacher with fabulous ideas, gave me this one for our classroom holiday decor. I got right on it! All my students traced their hands several times to make the leaves (needles?) of the tree. I also made several red circles, and the kids can give the ornaments to each other by writing an affirmation for another student, and then putting it up. I'll post more pictures when it's decorated!

CORRECTION: YOOOOU are the super-talented Sister!!! Your tree puts mine to SHAME!!! It's sooo cute, I love it! They did a great job tracing their hands--maybe that's why mine looks so awful haha. And mine is about TWO feet tall. So cute!! Can't wait to see it decorated!
