I promise I will get back to last weekend... AFTER this weekend's trip! I'm leaving in a few minutes for Tainan, in the South, to visit my friend Jin's family. Apparently they're all quite excited and have been practicing saying "Good morning" and "Good evening!" (How cute is that!) Tainan is the oldest city in Taiwan and used to be the capital. I'm going by HSR (High Speed Rail), which I've heard is an experience in itself. Like flying an airplane... on the ground!
This weekend I will miss my Grandma Lovin's 80th birthday party... Happy Birthday Grandma! Your present will be in the mail soon... I wish I could be there to celebrate with you!
